OfficeTeam is currently staffing for a temporary customer service position.Responsibilities include: Respond timely to member, provider and client inquiries, including incoming calls and email communications. Complete necessary research for complex and/or escalated issues. Qualifications: 2-5 years in customer service role, preferably healthcare (payer or provider). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. High level of problem solving and critical thinking. Ability to work well in fast paced environment and flexibility to handle changing priorities. High level of commitment to providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
