Requirements: - Strong computer skills including customer database systems - No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) - Microsoft Word experience preferred - Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook - Sales experience - Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel - Deep understanding of customer service - Experience with order entry - General familiarity with customer service experience - Comprehensive knowledge of telemarketing - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
