Washington, D.C. : My client is a non-profit, financial services focused organization that provides retirement and investment options to more than 900,000 public sector employees, in over 8,000 plans. Based near Union Station, my client seeks a Contracts and Grants Administrator for their new opening. The necessary experience needed for interview consideration is as follows: ? 2-4 years of relevant experience administering grants and contracts ? Knowledge of 2 CFR 200, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AIDAR. ? Experience with working with USAID/OTI/CDC contracts, cooperative agreements and grants ? Bachelor?s Degree What you?re expected to do day to day: ? Oversee and support organizational procurement processes for assigned portfolio. ? Advise project staff on contractual issues based on contractual documents, client regulations, and our internal policies. ? Serve as a technical resource to internal staff in interpreting funder rules and regulations and acts as primary point of contact for contractual issues. ? Provide proposal support as directed, including but not limited to the budget review, preparation of cost forms, collecting subcontractor data, solicitations review and submission and proposal compliance with solicitation requirements.
