Interested Financial Analysts with 3+ years of accounting IT/Systems utilization experience should email their resume to What you get to do every day - Partner closely with various teams including the accounting and finance group, the IT department, and the full executive suite with regard to Accounting and financial reporting systems utilization - Bolstered by a demonstrated knowledge in accounting and finance, the Financial Analyst will be working specifically to utilize, update, and/or create new reporting through current software and systems to achieve maximum business and trend visibility. -Daily function will include collaborating with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand the desired business data required, then partnering with any and all appropriate members of staff to create and maintain processes for capture and use. - Lead projects, report progress status, communicate - Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities - Work closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans - Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support - Flexible individuals comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations - Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution - Endorse weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment level Bookings as well as P L forecasting
