Customer Service Representative Duties:

  • Answering a multi-line telephone system
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer
  • Maintaining a detail oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
  • You will be onboarding new customers, and showing them how to use the company software


Customer Service Representative Requirements: * Familiarity with billing a processing * 3+ years track record of exceptional customer care in a call center environment * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent verbal communication
