Requirements: Hours: 5:30 AM ? 2:00 PM Days: Monday-Friday Tuesday-Saturday MUST: ? 3+ years related work experience Desktop Support Exp ? White glove style of customer service ? Working knowledge of various software/systems including Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Remote Desktop Session Host Server Farm, MS Exchange, MS Office Applications ? MS Office 365 (Exp w/ Windows 10 Pref) ? Ability to install appropriate network software/hardware ensuring secure connectivity of both desktops and laptops to a Local Area Network. ? Working knowledge of various end user hardware (Desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, thin client terminals, mobile phones, etc.) ? Working knowledge of various infrastructure components including routers, switches, and VPNs ? Basic printer troubleshooting skills Job Notes: ? Test and image desktops and laptops. ? Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. ? Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware. ? Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention. ? Provide technical support to end users via telephone face to face. ? Back up and burn end user data. ? Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes. ? Assist coworkers in resolution of end users? technical issues. Assist coworkers in the execution of established processes and escalations. ? Test, image and clean PC?s, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware
