A litigation Legal Secretary needed for a small firm that specializes in complex litigation matters. Experienced in online electronic filing programs and a strong understanding of civil litigation rules, regulations, filing and calendaring dates, deadlines and court procedures. Responsibilities: -Assist attorneys with scheduling, depositions, client meetings etc -Assist and prepare document productions and subpoenas -Preparing legal and non-legal documents -Monitoring incoming mail, faxes, and e-mails; filing and other administrative duties as assigned. -Assist and prepare document productions and subpoenas -Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery, trial preparation, mediation etc
