Requirements: - Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems - Basic networking concepts - 2+ years of prior experience - Expertise in Active Directory - Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 - Microsoft Exchange Server experience - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
