The Assistant Account Executive is an integral client development role that works to establish a marketing partnership with the client solving problems, building their brand, advancing their business and successfully building a strong client agency relationship. The Assistant Account Executive serves as a key player maintaining accurate agency records on their assigned clients and is essentially the agency hub for client interactions.

Requirements: Responsibilities: ? Managing the account team for assigned clients providing day-to-day leadership and support. ? Work with the client to establish clear and purposeful objectives for all projects. ? Ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meeting the required quality standards. ? Know the assigned client?s business; their brand?s positioning in the category, their consumer targets and their key points of difference. ? Know the client?s consumer and be constantly keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry and competitors to help the agency deliver next level work. Be the information HUB for the account. ? Managing coordination of the internal staff engaged in work for assigned clients. Qualifications: ? Previous advertising agency experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. (Hispanic advertising experience a plus) ? Creative, detail-oriented, and a can-do attitude that works well with teams. ? Ability to build positive relationships with all agency disciplines.
