The primary focus will be to manage a strategic recruiting effort to identify top healthcare professionals. Looking for a self-starter who is creative, diligent and energetic and who can think ?outside the box?. Experience with iCims or with transitioning to a new ATS system is highly desired. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to company hiring managers Attending job fairs and local events when needed Following up on the interview process status Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations Completing timely reports on employment activity Others duties as required
