PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Source and screen applicants for assigned functional areas with the objective of hiring the most qualified employees. 2) Maintain accurate records within human resource information and applicant tracking systems. Manage candidates through system workflow. 3) Work proactively as a team member within recruiting function.
