Large Senior Living Community in Montgomery County is seeking an HR Generalist to support over 300 employees. Under the Director of HR, The HR Generalist will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for all employee related issues and ensuring a positive working environment. Duties and responsibilities: Creating and implementing employee engagement activities Assisting hiring managers with recruitment efforts On-boarding employees Creating and sending offer letters Running new hire orientations Updating/maintaining all employee related information in HRIS system Acting as an overall resource for staff Other projects as assigned by Director of HR
