Extensive availability on weekends
Imaging experience – MDT (Microsoft Deployment Tool)
McAfee Hardware encryption
O365 experience, going through a migration right now, Office 2013-2016. Just moved everyone off of 2010
Fast paced environment, go –getter attitude with a heightened sense of proactivity
Network connectivity and testing
Client support, testing network connectivity, printer troubleshooting
Supporting users on the fly, phone support, tickets, people walking up who have an issue, not everything will come up as a ticket.
