Part of the Furniture Team, operates 24/7 nationwide with MSFT locations -Intake Work order -Assess and prioritize -Assign and dispatch WO out -Data Entry of work orders -tracking metrics ? Answering calls from Global Service Center, low volume, but must be able to at times handle and answer multiple lines ringing at the same time. ? Dispatching: Communication to techs and/or others to dispatch/assign work orders ? Assess tech trade required for service types (or for furniture determine building furniture standards) ? Use of various reference materials, mostly in Excel ? Technology: Learn a new computer tool (switching over end of July)/use of cell phone ? Data entry (heavy)-creating new work orders ? Email ? Customer service-both for Microsoft employees and internally ? Manage high volume of work requests in a timely manner
