Accountemps is actively seeking a qualified Office Manager to work with a client in the Randolph area! The ideal Office Manager will have experience with administrative tasks, as well as expertise in managing payroll, invoices, and expenditures. The successful candidate will responsible for correspondence with clients, preparing and assembling copies of reports, fielding incoming calls and on-site visitors, maintaining schedules and managing arrangements, processing expense reports and invoices, monitoring employee attendance, managing payroll, and processing industrial claims. This is a role filled with many varied job duties, and is perfect for a candidate who has experience in variety of roles who wants to be able to use his or her skills in a way that visible promotes the company?s progress. The Office Manager must have experience in the Construction Industry and be proficient in QuickBooks!

Job Responsibilities: - Manage daily office functions - Process and compose correspondence with clients - Prepare, copy, and assemble reports - Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements - Manage payroll, process industrial claims, and monitor attendance records - Manage executives schedule and travel arrangements - Coordinate and prepare meetings, including spaces and refreshments - Research and compile informational material for executives

Requirements: - 2+ years? experience in administrative role that included maintaining and processing payroll, invoices, and expense reports within a Construction Industry - Must be very knowledgeable of office management practice and procedures, including personnel and fiscal management - Must be able to work independently on project practicing good judgment and resourcefulness - Must be flexible and handle fast pace and constantly changing schedules - Bachelor?s or AA preferred, high school diploma or GED required - Must be confident in ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information - Must be articulate in written and verbal communications - Absolutely must be able to manage time effectively and remain organized at all times - Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and other applications
