Our client located in Central New Jersey is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity. The Digital Marketing Manager will be collaborate with team members and leadership teams to ideate, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing. The person in this highly visible role will build on the recent success of leveraging social channels to grow revenue by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing efforts. As the lead digital marketing strategist, you will play a hands-on role in executing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns ? from writing creative briefs, to providing creative feedback, to launching and measuring outcomes. You must have a strong understanding of the nuances of social media, paid search and display channels and are able to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience for potential customers/clients.

Requirements: ? Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, and display) and how channels work together. ? SEO responsibilities include technical SEO and analysis of organic website performance metrics. ? Assist in the development of a media strategy and building paid media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, etc.) ? Actively manage paid campaigns to meet goals ? which may vary from engagement goals, acquisitions goals, retention or reach and frequency goals. ? Work independently to plan, manage and track assigned projects. ? PPC responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, conversion rate optimization and the review and analysis of performance metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels. ? Provide creative guidance to internal teams based on their goals. ?
