Robert Half Accountemps Supply Chain Administrator in Pooler, Georgia

Accountemps is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for a 6 month assignment with a local company in the area. This selected candidate for the Supply Chain Administrator will be reviewing and processing customer orders in a timely manner, as well as to allocate inventory effectively making the best use out of company resources.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

  • Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy

  • Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered

  • Build financial controls and procedures

  • Handling customer inquiries

  • Monitor electronic orders placed by customers to insure accuracy and timely processing.

  • Allocate inventory to sales orders and ensuring specifications of order in process match order placed by customer.

  • Maintain order information to ensure that necessary data is provided and accurate, including ship to, and invoice address, terms, pricing and promise date.

  • Create work orders and work closely with the Order Fulfillment Team

  • Physical and electronic file management

  • 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or related role in logistic operations

  • Preferred knowledge of SAP

  • Advanced Excel, to include pivot tables and V Lookups

  • Foundational knowledge in order entry

  • Adeptness in inventory

  • Customer Service

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field

  • Microsoft Word experience

  • Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

  • Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
