Requirements: Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Highrise, and Insightly - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications - Proficiency in composing various kinds of correspondence - Solid understanding of report generation - Adeptness in customer service experience - Alphanumeric data entry experience - Background working with records maintenance - Salesforce.com experience highly preferred - Experience with order entry - Microsoft Excel experience preferred - Practical knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Demonstrated knowledge of customer service
