Robert Half Office Team Sales Support Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
The Downtown office of Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with a strong team dynamic. We offer a supportive, friendly workplace and free parking! The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: o Act as the primary administrative support person for 3-4 sales and recruiting professionals. On a day-to-day basis, this will include: o Answering phones o Sending letters acknowledging application/interview o Entering candidate information into internal applicant tracking system o Running reports o Ordering business cards and marketing material o Other general office duties as needed o Provide support to the Branch Manager and District Office. This would include processing expense reports, Accounts Payable and internal staff payroll forms. o Receive all vendor calls and handle appropriately. o Assist with inventory and stocking of office supplies, office equipment and postage. Order additional supplies as required. o Work with Branch Management to plan branch functions (e.g., meetings, open houses, parties). Qualifications: o High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. o 6+ months administrative experience in an office environment. Experience with customer contact preferred. o Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel proficiency required) and database entry.
