This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region and is a long term temporary-to-fulltime employment opportunity. The shift times would vary between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday through Friday on a weekly basis, with the option to swap shifts with other colleagues. This position would involve a training course to help you get situated before your first day on the phones, however prior customer service experience in a call center is preferred. Key responsibilities - Manage and place incoming telephone calls relating to open enrollment and benefits coordination for employees from different companies - Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence - Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion - Manage accurate data entry of information involving the use of Windows 7 templates and Microsoft Excel
