A fast-growing entrepreneurial company that has doubled in size over the past two years is looking for an Inventory Analyst Manager. The Inventory Analyst Manager performs a hands-on role that is critical to the success of their daily production activities. If you love managing and improving the buying and inventory process, then continue reading! It will be your job to communicate with vendors and the Production Team ensuring appropriate stock levels to support our fast-growing sales and maintain healthy margins. You will be responsible for vendor negotiations and communications, manage inventory levels, and continually innovate the procurement processes. Responsibilities: Analyze, forecast and maintain inventory levels Develop and maintain records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation regarding supplier?s requirements and product information as it relates to Inventory Negotiate the best price, services and quality from vendors with optimum terms of sale Resolve inventory related issues, both short- and long-term, with suppliers Optimize warehouse space and costs by managing ordering patterns for frequency and quantities Innovate the procurement process and compare vendors? products and pricing, on a regular basis Manage and maintain purchasing price list Source new vendors and products, as needed Streamline processes and enhance method of communication For immediate consideration please send your resume in word form to Scott M.Shorr at email@example.com.
