This position is responsible for efficient and accurate management HR related processes. This candidate will have regular interaction with managers, new employees, and service providers within and outside of the organization. Responsibility for process governance with focus on streamlining and innovation for enhanced user experience. Job Functions/ Duties include the following: Org Management - Management of staffing process - Preparation of weekly staffing governance meeting agenda - Creation and assignment of positions in Sharepoint and HRIS - Submission of staffing requests for position creation in HRIS - Submission of staffing requests for fulfillment to Talent Acquisition, Sourcing and Procurement, and AZ Technology Global Delivery Network - Notifies local administrative support of space requests - Interface with IBM and other vendors for entry and tracking of staff in HRIS - Management and tracking of all staff resources into HRIS and Sharepoint, including entry into AZ Technology contacts - Ensures accuracy and completion of all data - Provides regular updates of staffing activities and dashboard reports Onboarding - Creates and maintains Day One and new full-time materials - Supports and coordinates I-9 process - Supports e-Verify process - Supports data requests for international transfers - Ensures Day 1 forms are complete and submitted - Creates and maintains onboarding materials - Updates internal HR website for materials related to Onboarding - Troubleshoots issues with connection to HRIS and other HR systems - Point of contact with Employee Expense and Travel for account set-up Separations/Moves - Ensures completion of Managers Separation checklist - Ensures updating of Employee Central and Sharepoint for termination of all named resources - Verifies accuracy of Move/Add/Separation reporting for headquarter reporting Reporting - Creates various monthly reports with non-confidential HR information Travel Paid Leave Headcount Staffing Performance Management Staffing lists Org charts - Completes ad hoc HR data requests - Verifies accuracy of HR information, makes corrections as required
