A busy growing Hotel in Palm Desert is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator Job Duties of the Front Desk Coordinator include but not limited to: ?Welcome guests and greet people who visit the dealership. ?Answering busy phones, transferring calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages if needed. ?Cleaning/stocking customer lounge (i.e. making cookies, stocking fridge, refilling coffee machines, etc.) ?Occasional business office assistant work (i.e. filing, making copies, moving boxes, etc.) ?Keeping track of clients that enter the showroom. ?Sort incoming and outgoing postal mail. Qualifications of the Front Desk Coordinator: ?Experience working as a receptionist preferred ?Excellent customer service ?Excellent follow through and follow-up ?Familiar with using a multi-line phone system ?Demonstrate computer literacy ?Possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful conditions ?Ability to read well and comprehend instructions and information. ?Able to work nights and weekends ?Professional personal appearance. ?Ability to work well with customers and present a friendly, helpful attitude at all times The Front Desk Coordinator must be able to work a fulltime schedule and be able to work any shift, weekends, Holidays Please submit your resume now if you are interested in the Front Desk Coordinator position.
