Requirements: Key Requirements: - Lead our online product documentation strategy - Coordinate updates to product documentation wiki in an effort to continuously improve our content and enhance our user experience. - Collaborate with software development, operations and product support teams - Develop new content and fresh story ideas for internal company communications to better share our product story and vision with colleagues around the world. - Maintain and improve users training documentation. - Ensure communications maintain consistent messaging and appropriate branding Skills/Abilities: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Writing or related experience - Able to effectively convey concepts to both technical (sys admins) and non-technical audiences - Proficient with online content management tools, web browsers, and Microsoft OS - Creative and adept at mastering new technologies. Bonus points if experienced with: - Web content standards (HTML, XML, SOAP, REST and HTTP) - Desktop photo and video editing tools - Ticketed Issue Tracking system (Fogbugz, Salesforce) - Microsoft ASP.Net Development tools and practices
