The Administrative Specialist will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. This position will support the daily Administrative and Human Resource activities such as payroll processing, benefit coordination and smooth communication to all employees. Your role will serve as the link between our Director of Operations and the Executive management team, providing overall support to the organization. What You?ll Do: ?Provide administrative support, act as a liaison, maintain exceptional communication skills. ?Organizational, clerical, and task prioritization skills are a mainstay. ?Coordinate the administrative activities involved in the recruitment of superior employee candidates, performance evaluation as well as other related personnel record keeping. ?Assist with the day to day operations of human resource functions and duties. ?Support to employees through training, counselling and other planned communications ?Manage bi-monthly payroll and employee benefits. Track vacation, and other payroll related activities. ?Compile and update employee records and reports, maintaining strict confidentiality. ?Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations. ?Other duties as needed to meet our shared goals.
