Robert Half International Senior Social Media Manager in Los Angeles, California

Do you have robust experience with the food industry and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)? Have you managed social media channels for brands? Do you have experience overseeing visual content? One of our clients is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the social team's point person for social media clients, advising them on social strategy, content, advertising and promotions. - Manage the social media coordinator and specialist, as well as the creative team with social photo shoots and/or design projects. - Manage social media ad campaigns on clients' behalf. - Create, manage, proofread and publish daily content for social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. - Champion day-to-day community management of social platforms including daily monitoring. - Ensure quality assurance before a social media post goes live, proofing grammar/design and brand voice. - Create monthly analytic reports on audience growth, best performing tactics and how the team can improve upon strategy month-over-month to best reach client?s goals. - Create online events and campaigns that foster excitement and increase response: likes, fans, followers, partners and sales. - Curate influencer lists and deploy outreach for brand campaign initiatives. - Continuously explore new and existing social platforms, services and tools to increase reach and engagement. - Provide social media creative input for new business proposals and lead pitching companies social media services as needed. - Promote and support companies blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
