The Creative Group is looking for a Product Information Specialist that has experience in the automotive industry. This Production Information Specialist is be responsible for gathering, processing, and distributing detailed vehicle information for all vehicles, to support Strategy, Creative, Account Management and Production departments. The Product Information Specialist also manages vehicle logistics for Broadcast, Print and/or Interactive shoots.

Requirements: Product Information Specialist Responsibilities: ? Develops a detailed understanding of client automobiles and the greater automotive market ? Meets with Account and Production to gather information for projects ? Provides job specs to car prep vendors to obtain estimates for vehicle prep and logistics ? Coordinates with client to procure needed vehicles, and modify vehicles as needed ? Monitors progress of production, including budgets, and prepares addendums and vehicle damage reports ? Follows-up with car prep vendors at completion of production to ensure complete restoration and return of vehicles to client ? Maintains files and records of brand and competitive products ? Works with Producers, Account Managers, Strategists and Creative teams to ensure product accuracy at each step of the process ? Maintains existing extensive photo-reference database ? Pro-actively researches superiorities/claims versus competitive vehicles ?
