Robert Half International Communications Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

The Creative Group is looking for a Marketing / Communications Coordinator to assist with an immediate need in downtown Los Angeles. This Marketing / Communications Coordinator must be available to start on site and be available on an ongoing, project basis. This Marketing / Communications Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling / managing email direct marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and online communications. The culture is one that values collaboration and effort. They all pitch in, often have tight deadlines, and need someone who can keep their cool with multiple deadlines and requests. Preferably someone who is outgoing and enjoys coordinating social media and is good on computers. Someone organized with an attention to detail. There are only three employees in the office, so a positive attitude is a must. Must Have: 1) Experience scheduling/managing email direct marketing campaigns 2) Experience scheduling/managing social media campaigns 3) Experience with online communications Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred. Combined experience/education may be substituted. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing related position with focus on online and social media marketing. Programs: Must be able to work on a PC, Social Media Content Management Systems (familiarity), Photoshop knowledge preferred but can be taught Position Description: - -Work with Director of Marketing to schedule and launch online advertising, email campaigns, and direct mail campaigns to prospective students for all degree programs. - Copyedit, proofread, and revise online communications. - Research and incorporate email and social media industry trends and best practices. - Monitor and interpret social media, advertisement, and email campaign analytics. - Regularly coordinate with the Admissions team obtain accurate list and manipulate the data accurately, ensure content accuracy, and explore ways to improve recruiting efforts through communication. - Maintain the content and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all communication flows. - Design email campaigns under the Director of Marketing?s supervision to help facilitate online communications for various departments and clinic outreach. - Work to place strategic advertising on Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, as well as monitor spends and analytics with direction. - Execute strategic online communication plans, maintain brand identity and work closely with others on campus. - Take social media photos at campus and other recruiting events. - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
