Our client in Laguna Niguel is looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to directly support the marketing team. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support and communication for the processing and bindings of insurance business. The Administrative Assistant will respond to inquiries from carriers and brokers via phone and email. Other duties may include: -Assist with operations, productions, and customer service -Review applications for completeness -Submit applications- which includes data entry into the database -Formalize insurance proposals -Correspond with brokers on complete applications -Answer phone calls -Assist with running reports in Excel -Assist with special administrative projects If you wish to be considered, please send your resume to
