Office Team has partnered with a Sub-contractor in South Orange County is looking for estimating assistant/Administrative Assistant to help with project take-offs/estimating. Duties include: filing, inbound and outbound phone calls (not sales) to customers, organization, invitations to bid, printing plans/specifications, following up with clients and vendors (phone and email), project filing, data entry, and miscellaneous office help when needed. Typing proposals and converting to PDF. Creating excel spreadsheets and keeping Outlook emails and calendar organized.
- Project Knowledge Review bid requirements thoroughly and asks follow-up question on every bid Develops RFI's and clarifications and shows interest Performs a comprehensive "bid day" analysis and scoping of specific assigned trades Creates bid lists that fit scope of job

Handle all contractor interactions in a manner designed to build a long term relationship.
Develop personal / social relationships with selective contractors. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe PDF a must. Qualified candidates need only apply. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with 3-5 years experience in the construction industry. General requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must know Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Bid Search Software.
Must be self-motivated punctual.
