OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include; but not limited to, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and coordinating conference calls. Also, answering telephones, problem solving, and ordering office supplies. In addition, the Sales Administrative Assistant will be supporting the sales team with mailings and document shipping, scanning, distributing faxes and providing clerical support Responsibilities: - Receive and tend to visitors - Support a variety of projects for other employees - Field telephone calls - Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties The Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook skills.
