We're Seeking a Customer Service Representative!

OfficeTeam is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Do you want to apply your outgoing personality to further the benefit of a valuable business? Requirements

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data entry

  • Inside sales experience highly preferred

  • Adeptness in scanning

  • General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Practical knowledge of customer service

  • Microsoft Word experience preferred

  • Earlier work involving pricing

  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • Filing experience

  • Background working with order entry

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
