Support a variety of projects for other employees
Greet and direct visitors
Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Adeptness in accounts receivable
Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable
Deep understanding of MS Outlook
Microsoft Word experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph
Microsoft Excel experience required
Customer service experience
Ability to use the internet for research
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
