The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, greeting visitors, accepting employment inquiries and other duties. The essential candidate will need to possess an extraordinary personality and strong communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a busy work environment. Responsibilities: For the Garden Grove location, answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel. Contributes to positive company impression by courteously greeting and directing visitors Responsible for lobby appearance and cleanliness. Provides clerical support to corporate office personnel by scheduling conference rooms, coordinating overnight packages, opening, sorting, and distributing mail, making copies, and filing documents. Supports the recruiting team with data entry needs, helping screen and take basic information from potential candidates, collecting necessary documents and information from employees and candidates, and any other administrative needs necessary to promote a successful work environment.
