Major responsibilities - Supporting front desk and receptionist duties - Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing - Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls - Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately - Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format - Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary - Interface with customers in a friendly manner
