Legal Office/Operations Manager Our client, a fast growing litigation boutique is looking for a 5 plus years legal operations administrator to join the entrepreneurial firm. We are looking for a self-starter who is looking for a growth opportunity and someone who has a "hands on? mentality. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with 5 years of office management experience who will build strong rapport with clients and team members, enjoy taking on challenges, be resourceful and a strong problem-solver who makes good decisions with integrity, multi-task and manage time effectively, cope with pressure, and aspire to long-term success and seek opportunities to continue growing within the practice. Experience in law and proven success with building and maintaining a healthy office culture is required. Duties will include leading and managing the staff, onboarding new hires, time and billing, working with the outside CPA, being accountable for office operations, workflows, and communications, implementing and maintaining the firm's budget, managing facilities, vendor management, handling front desk responsibilities to cover the flow of work amongst team members, marketing/social media, full gamut of HR related functions, budgeting, strategic planning, and IT management. If you are an entrepreneur who has managed businesses, team player, "can-do" person, with strong organizational multi-tasking skills, this position is for you. We are looking for someone who has professional maturity and 5 years of office management experience, ideally in a legal setting. A Bachelor?s Degree is required for this position.
