Robert Half International Tax Director in Danvers, Massachusetts
Tax Director position available with a publicly traded Manufacturing Company in the Danvers area. The Tax Director will report into the Corporate Controller and will lead the Company?s worldwide tax accounting function, but will assist in other tax areas as needed including U.S. and foreign tax compliance, mergers acquisitions (?M A?) due diligence, global and U.S. tax planning, transfer pricing, and general tax operations of a fast-paced, acquisitive, manufacturing company. Responsibilities: lead the tax team in preparation and documentation of the Company?s worldwide quarterly and annual tax provisions and related SEC disclosures under ASC 740, including management of all domestic and foreign income tax related accounts, prepare tax rate forecasts and related analyses for presentation to management, work closely with Company?s external auditors in the audit of the quarterly and annual tax provisions, research and evaluate complex accounting transactions and issues to determine proper tax accounting treatment and disclosure, including M A purchase accounting and equity compensation transactions. MST and CPA preferred, with 10-15+ years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or industry (SEC registrant preferred) with a medium/large multinational company.
