We currently have an opportunity for an articulate Executive Assistant, who is looking to work for a well-respected organization in the Downtown Dallas area. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team.

Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and researching and compiling documents for travel-related meetings * Attends executive team meetings to keep up-to-date on issues and priorities ? take notes and summarize key points. It?s important this person follow up on action items as well. * Coordinates all travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and restaurant reservations) * Prepares a detailed travel itinerary * Oversees multiple projects; anticipate and track critical dates, events, and organizational issues for the executive; follow up with appropriate parties to ensure deadlines are met * Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Director, with his direct reports, senior management, vendors and partners, internal and external constituents * MUST be proactive and anticipate changes/additions as necessary

Requirements

Requirements: * Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in the following: Calendar Management, Organizes meetings and conferences in an independent and pro-active way, Create and update reports as needed, Scheduling Travel Management, and Food coordination Room Bookings. * Strong organizational skills / Attention to detail * Advanced computer skills, and demonstrated experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communications skills, both verbal and written * Flexible approach with the ability to juggle and manage changing priorities * Proven?interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders * Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
