Our client is a large manufacturing company that works in multiple countries distributing retail goods to various consumers. This position is temporary to hire. Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: - Receive inbound calls from customers in regards to placing orders or questions on orders - Follow up on communication from internal and external customers - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Order entry and account management in various computer programs
