LA-based lifestyle brand seeks a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a robust digital marketing program. The Paid Media Manager position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, both short and long range, targeted towards existing and new markets. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for creating digital and social communications plans, building target audiences within platforms, setting the objectives and buying parameters for digital/social media ad products, and overseeing paid digital media activations to ensure the most effective and efficient campaigns. This person will also provide strategic insights, data analysis reporting, and make metrics-driven recommendations that drive traffic and improve conversions. Responsibilities: ? Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display prospecting, retargeting, vendor management and affiliate advertising campaigns in collaboration with PR/Marketing and eCommerce leadership ? Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor campaign success and budgets across all paid channels ? Research and analyze business trends, customer data and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities ? Manage marketing budget and oversee effective expenditure of resources within marketing department to evaluate ROI based results assigned to meet company goals ? Proactively adjust and alert the team when programs deviate from projections ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to conceptualize and implement marketing promotions in support of objectives that drive revenue, increase order conversions, improve AOV, and maximize customer engagement and LTV ? Partners directly with in-house graphics team for banner design execution ? Analyze performance (past and present) of marketing campaigns in Google Analytics and determine the best course of action to improve sales based on previous results ? Develop and manage PPC campaigns including keyword research, and maintaining balance in bid prices, click-through rates, and quality scores ? Paid Search, Display Advertising Paid Social: Responsible for day-to-day management of each program inclusive of: ? Manage and direct the paid media spend with Facebook/Instagram while also maintaining and optimizing the relationship ? Manage and direct the use of promoted products on Pinterest and Twitter to optimize referral traffic and expand follower growth
