Concord Call Center is looking for a temp to hire Lead Specialist. In this temp to hire Lead Specialist position you will handle approx. 50-80 inbound outbound calls daily in a time sensitive manner and communicate with internal external customers via email and our chat service regarding scheduling appointments. Heavy multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Shift Hours- Monday thru Friday. and Rotating Saturdays. (As a temporary employee when you work a Saturday shift, you will be given a weekday off. Once you are made permanent you can choose a day off or choose to work it as overtime if it is available) During training your start hours may be 8:00 or 8:30; once trained they will be moved to a later shift Department Hours- Monday - Friday department hours are 8:00am-6:30pm; Saturdays are 8:00am-4:30pm. Requirements: Must type 35 wpm Basic math skills (for example- the customer pays $105 per quarter, calculate their monthly rate) Must be reliable and flexible with hours High Energy, outgoing Self-Motivated Team Player Open to change and constructive feedback Attention to detail If you are interested in this position please email your resume to:
