Duties:

  • Supervise and Mentor Los Angeles Branch Inside Sales Team which currently consists of and is not limited to 6

  • Training of new and continuing personnel in these positions.

  • Assure compliance with policy and procedures for everyone in departments.

  • Liaison between Management and supervised personnel.

  • Will be the go to person responsible for Insides Sales.

  • Responsible for planning and carrying out projects by agreed upon time lines.

  • Responsible for progress, efficiency and quality of work in supervised areas.

  • Responsible for Professionalism of personnel and address complaints and mistakes.

  • Communicate with Customers and Vendors via Face to Face, Phone, Email Fax in detail oriented manner.

  • Communicate with Outside Sales personnel along with Vendor and Customer Reps.

  • Quoting Customers, entering Sales Orders, requesting quotes from Vendors and creating Purchase Orders.

  • Assisting Customers with product knowledge and research.

  • Researching and sourcing products to purchase for sales.

  • Assist in planning and execution of special projects involving Sales and Special Promotions.

  • Follow up on placed Purchase Orders by reviewing Purchase Orders and contacting Vendors.

  • Follow up on placed Sales Orders by reviewing Sales Orders and answering Customer questions.

  • Scan updated documents and type notes of follow ups made.

  • Use computer Sales/Purchasing/Inventory program, Receptionist Phone Program, Skype, Google

  • Emails, Microsoft Excel Word and shipping cost program OzLink along with assorted other programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of lead/supervisor in customer service field

  • Minimum High School Diploma no criminal history(Misdemeanors/Felonies)

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English Speaking Writing(Spanish Speaking a big plus)

  • Leadership Personality/Skills(take charge and not easily manipulated/dissuaded)

  • Outgoing Friendly Personality and Highly motivated. detail oriented Demeanor and Personality.

  • Computer/Technology Savvy, Ipad, Microsoft Excel Word, Google, Communications software

  • Sales/Purchasing/Inventory Software and shipping cost program OzLink.

  • Able to type without looking at keyboard.

  • Enjoys working in fast paced challenging busy environment.

  • Problem solver, Adaptable, Flexible, Dependable

  • Able to plan and carry out projects
