Client Service Administrative Assistant / New Business Processor Responsible for processing all new business for multiple registered reps/IAR?s, including annuities, life insurance, brokerage accounts, mutual fund direct accounts, alternative investments, and managed accounts. Handles all client service on existing accounts, such as distribution requests, beneficiary and address changes, required minimum distributions, cost basis and death claims. Maintain necessary client compliance files, data entry for all new clients and new business and service, and assist with preparation for upcoming appointments. Answer phones and assist with research. Build and maintain relationships with clients and meet with them occasionally to complete applications or service paperwork. Will be assigned miscellaneous ongoing duties related to processing and service, along with occasional special projects. Candidate requires the following skills: 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Ability to prioritize a broad range of duties 4. Advanced computer skills; the entire Microsoft Office suite and database management 5. Four year college degree, preferably in the field of business 6.
