A company in South Charlotte is seeking a friendly, outgoing Receptionist for an upcoming opportunity! The Receptionist will have full-time hours from 8:00am - 5:00pm and will be responsible for opening and closing the office, as well as maintaining a bright and welcoming environment to create the best first impression for guests. Receptionist Responsibilities: - Opening and closing the office, including unlocking the front door and general cleaning/organizing of the lobby - Answer incoming calls utilizing a switchboard and route them to the appropriate manager or personnel - Take messages as needed - Greet visitors and employees as they enter the office - Serve as the first point of contact for the building
