Management Resources has an upcoming need for a Senior Level Human Resources Director for a long-term project. Job responsibilities for this role will include providing leadership and direction to the HR teams with a focus on developing an end to end Performance Management program. As a leader of this project you will work directly with the key stakeholders to develop and roll-out a leadership development program to increase productivity and collaboration within the organization. Additional responsibilities will include creation and development of an evaluation program and developing an internal program to track and analyze these findings.
