Robert Half International Digital and Social Media Analyst in Burbank, California
The Creative Group is seeking a digital and social media analyst to join our client's growing strategy team. The analyst will support efforts to increase measurement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using technology to uncover insights that are relevant and actionable. In this role, The Digital and Social Media Analyst will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, social media metrics, client databases, and more, to synthesize and create custom reports. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and analytical; must be able to assemble and manipulate large quantities of data and draw meaningful conclusions. Position Overview ? Create, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources ? Develop data strategies (e.g. what we should capture, how we should capture it, etc.) and lead implementation process ? Articulate and present findings across multiple mediums (email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, verbally, through visualization dashboards, infographics, etc.) and make strategic recommendations based on findings ? Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying areas where measurement can be applied across the organization and existing client work ? Perform industry and competitive research to stay abreast of new technologies, vendor capabilities, and client opportunities
