A medical organization in the North Wales area is searching for a Medical Receptionist to join their team. As the Medical Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors. Your responsibilities as Medical Receptionist will include but are not limited to: answer incoming calls, greet and provide guidance to visitors, maintain patient schedule, maintain and order office supplies, assist with mailing and document shipping, faxing, filing, and various administrative projects as requested.

Requirements

The ideal Medical Receptionist must have customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Receptionist, you will need excellent customer service skills with a positive can-do attitude. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess basic knowledge of computer software programs and office equipment. Medical Coding experience preferred. EMR experience required.
