We are looking for a temporary Executive Assistant who enjoys being the go-to person to get the job done right. We truly believe that your character stands for something that can't be measured on a page. This will be at least a 3 month assignment with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Clearly communicate and report on the progress of projects and tasks. Collaborate with others when needed to create a smooth workflow, soliciting assistance from others as needed and offering assistance when appropriate. Editing documents and manuscripts. Organizing events, activities, accounts, paperwork, and files. Act as point of contact between executive and clients and/or employees. Principle scheduler, timekeeper, planner, and coordinator. Create plans and schedule for both short-term and long-term while also coordinating schedules. Make travel arrangements and reservations when needed. Manage phone calls and email. Coordinate, oversee, and complete any task as needed.

Completion obsession Excellent communication skills

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma. 5+ years of administrative experience preferred but not required
