Robert Half HR Services Full-Time Placement division is seeking an innovative Human Resources Director for an exciting direct hire opportunity with our client in the east metro. In this role you will have a seat at the leadership table to help drive company goals through Human Resources strategies. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for strategic human resources planning along with daily tactical HR Generalist duties, and will lead a team that includes the Recruiting Manager and Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Director: manage human resources strategic planning and process improvement | employee relations | talent acquisition | recruitment management | sourcing | training and development | benefits | employee engagement | vendor relationships. Knowledge and Skills required for the Human Resources Director: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field | 8 or more years of recent experience in Human Resources, with strong talent acquisition and employee retention background | ability to understand, implement and promote company goals | exceptional communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization, and with all levels of employees on a daily basis | strong technology and analytical skills | expertise in innovative ways to source, retain and engage employees | creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement.
