Our client is looking to build out a new DAM SYSTEM and needs to bring in two contract resources to set up the system. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership and lead the project. All the tools and support are in place - really looking for someone who knows the AEM system and create the process and tagging of the assets. **Looking to interview candidates asap!! DAM Librarian Requirements ? This role requires a combination of information stewardship and technology skills, creative skills, and a balanced knowledge and experience across creative processes and workflows. ? Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Digital Asset Management. AEM asset experience preferred. ? Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite applications, and high level of technology literacy on both the Windows and Macintosh platforms. ? Assist in the designing of workflow and productivity within the DAM. ? Responsible for cataloging and maintaining digital assets and metadata in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. ? Catalog digital assets and their metadata into DAM systems for access by users across enterprise business functions. ? Apply content-descriptive tags, keywords and other metadata onto cataloged digital assets using established methodology. ? Ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of cataloged digital assets and their associated metadata in DAM systems. ? Maintain DAM database, track progress and workload, and report progress to supervisor. ? Support to DAM users. ? Assist other DAM team resources with ongoing and overflow technical tasks. ? Maintain, support and ensure ongoing governance integrity, accuracy, quality and consistency of digital assets and their metadata in DAM systems to ensure that business systems and users can find and access the digital assets they need with accuracy. ? Knowledge of file formats ? print, digital and video. ? Knowledge of media usage rights and terminology. ? Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethics. Qualifications ? 5+ years experience in Digital Asset Management ? 4 year degree in Marketing, Technology, or other related industry ? Project and time management skills ? Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented ? Ability to work independently and systematically ? Strong communication skills ? Analytical skills and a systematic work approach
